From there we send it on to our expert partner laboratory. They will make a no-cost assessment of the device and define the data recovery against one of the following levels:
- Level 1: Software related faults
- Level 2: Hardware faults
- Level 3: Complex software-related faults
- Level 4: Internal faults requiring fixing in a cleanroom
Depending on the severity of the damage and the amount of data to be recovered, we will let you know a price so you can make a decision.
